NYKS Foundation organizes workshops, where youth from disadvantaged and marginalized rural and urban communities are being offered market demand driven trainings. The program is targeted at the economically disadvantaged youth who have not been able to complete their formal education and train them on market relevant skills. Through these initiatives, our aim is to achieve decent employment for youth living in poor urban and rural areas and ensure that all new entrants to the workforce, are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed. Wherever possible, such trainees are also given suitable jobs in the parent Company.
